Refund & Returns
At RiderBag, we strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If your product malfunctions, tears, or breaks due to a manufacturing flaw within 6 months, we will exchange the product free of any charges, including shipping. We will require a picture of the damaged product first. This does not apply to abuse or extreme cases of neglect.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If our product did not meet your expectations, you can return it at no cost to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you cannot find it, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may help.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (But you are still covered under our manufacturing warranty)
