Standard Domestic Shipping (1-5 Business Days) - Flat Rate $12.13
Expedited Domestic Shipping (2 Business Days) - Flat Rate $13.13
Priority Domestic Shipping (1 Business Day) - Flat Rate $21.97

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We do not support this type of shipping through our webstore at the moment. For international shipments please order directly from our amazon store by clicking this link: BUY ON AMAZON

SHIPPING TIMELINES
Our goal is to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receipt (contingent on if the items are in-stock). If the order is placed on a Friday, it will not be shipped until Monday (contingent on if the items are in-stock).

Please note the shipping method selected will be initiated contingent on if the items are in-stock, it will not be initiated once you place your order. 
If you purchased a back-ordered or pre-order item(s), please refer back the shipping time-frame listed in the product description.
Your order may be processed with multiple shipments, you will receive an email with your tracking number when each shipment occurs.

There may be a delay in shipping if billing information is inaccurate, if billing and shipping addresses differ, or if the payment company discovers an issue.

If you have any special requests to expedite your delivery for a specific date - please contact our office or send an email to support@riderbagusa.com to schedule an expedited shipping service to fulfill your special request.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If a package is undeliverable and returned to RIDERBAG LLC (14260 SW 57th Ln, # 206, Miami, Fl, 33183) we are unable to re-ship it, without an additional shipment payment from the customer. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return and will be sent store-credit (excluding shipping costs).

SALES TAX

RiderBag LLC is obligated to collect sales tax ONLY in Florida.
The sales tax is 7%, this includes state and local tax)
RiderBag LLC does not charge sales tax on e-gift cards; however, purchases made with an e-gift card may be subject to sales tax.

SHIPPING PREFERENCES

Your shipping address can be modified at checkout. If you have a change to your shipping address after placing an order, you can send us an email to support@riderbagusa.com. Please note that once your order has shipped, RiderBag LLC cannot change the shipping address.
